Responsibilities of the role:
∝ Source and interact with potential candidates via social media and job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, indeed, handshake…)
∝ Draft and send recruiting emails/messages to the desired candidates.
∝ Collaborate with hiring managers and determine position prerequisites.
∝ Recognize qualified applicant profiles utilizing different sourcing procedures.
∝ Interact with potential candidates regarding interview scheduling and feedback.
∝ Promote OCBang & OCInsights brands on online and offline platforms.
∝ Handle administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and leave interviews
Requirement of the role:
∝ BS/MS in human resources management, organizational psychology, or relevant fields.
∝ At least one year of experience in HR, recruiting, marketing, admin, or related is preferred.
∝ Be flexible and resilient, take initiatives to manage conflicts, and recover quickly from setbacks.
∝ A strong sense of accountability, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently are required.
∝ Natural interpersonal and communication skills.
∝ Ability to work both independently and as a team.
