We are looking for a Sr. Manager to join our Trust & Safety team in keeping LinkedIn a professional and safe place. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of agents who are tasked with protecting the member experience by minimizing exposure to bad content through manual review and enforcement, as well as scoping, prioritizing, and managing projects and initiatives. You will work closely with the engineering, product and legal teams to mitigate spam, abuse, Terms of Service violations, and a variety of other issues dealing with the integrity of the site, and will be involved in a wide array of technical and non-technical projects at any one time. 

Responsibilities:

Develops and maintains a productive, effective, high morale Trust & Safety team

Provide coaching, support, and feedback to ensure the team maintains a high level of productivity and quality

Collaborate and communicate effectively with employees and internal stakeholders such as product, engineering, legal, and customer support to optimize processes, workflows, tools and systems

Manage internal and external escalations from customers, business partners and within the team

Identify and drive key metrics pertaining to abuse and content enforcement

Analyze changes in case volume, identify trends that arise and communicate findings to the appropriate stakeholders

Ensure the team is up-to-date on all policy, process and product changes

Maintain a high level of awareness and knowledge about spam and abuse trends at LinkedIn and throughout the industry

Conduct quarterly and annual reviews for all direct reports and provide feedback to other teammates as needed

Create and coordinate employee morale and wellness programs

Complete other projects as assigned. 

Ability to travel, including internationally

Requirements:

Basic Qualifications: 
Undergraduate degree: Bachelor of Science / Bachelor of Arts

7+ years of experience in content moderation, fraud operations, safety operations, risk management, operations or legal support

3+ years of people management experience

Preferred Qualifications: 
Experience working in the technology industry 

Experience working with global teams 

Experience with the review and moderation of user-generated content
