Description As a Search Ads Backend Tech Lead, you will have the opportunity to work on various aspects of our large-scale distributed storage and architecture, NLP, Rank, and IR related challenges. You will play a crucial role in innovating and optimizing our Ad format, creative display, and ads delivery ROI. We are seeking candidates who are fearless in tackling complexities and are passionate about developing our Search Ads product from its inception with a world-class team of engineers. Responsibilities – Contribute to the development of a comprehensive Ads system, including recall/ranking/relevance modules. – Drive the iteration of Search Ads system infrastructures and enhance overall performance. – Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and other engineering teams to implement new product functionalities. Requirements – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. – Proficiency in programming languages such as C++ or Golang, with strong debugging and optimization skills. – Possess 7+ years of industrial experience and a solid understanding of one of the following domains: Online Advertising System, Ads Delivery System, or Search Engine. – Ability to think critically and present clear and concise solutions to problems. – Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams. |
