Team Introduction Our client’s IT security team is responsible for enterprise IT global cyber security, server security, endpoint security, application security construction, and protection work. They work to enhance overall IT security capabilities and posture, providing security processes, assessments, operations, and vulnerability management services. The team also supports IT teams and business departments in meeting their security requirements. Responsibilities – Establishing or improving the enterprise Information Security Management System (ISMS) and policies, including cyber security, application security, data security, security operations, BCP, etc. – Developing security technology standards for Non-China regions, supporting compliance and internal audit needs. – Designing security solutions for the enterprise intranet, including endpoint security, cyber security, server security, data security, etc. – Leading security team projects in Non-China regions, overseeing project planning, approval, review, implementation, operation, and continuous improvement. – Conducting IT project security assessments in Non-China regions, adhering to local regulations, enterprise security standards, and relevant technical architecture. Communicating security requirements to project teams and ensuring their implementation. – Managing security incident tracking and vulnerability remediation in Non-China regions. Monitoring the latest security vulnerabilities and threat intelligence information, notifying internal teams of security alerts, and driving risk mitigation efforts. Requirements – Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science or security. – Over 8 years of work experience in information security roles in internet companies or multinational enterprises. – Proficiency in at least two security technologies, such as ISMS, security solutions, endpoint security, cyber security, SDLC, application security, data security, cloud security, penetration testing, emergency response, and code security review. – Strong self-drive and results-oriented mindset, with over 3 years of team management experience, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. |
