Responsibilities

1. Develop a global HR strategy and plan aligned with business strategy and key initiatives.
2. Lead and oversee various HR strategic and cross-functional initiatives, such as Career Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Culture, Return to Office (RTO), and Performance Review. Take ownership of the entire project lifecycle, from ideation to execution, including progress tracking, scope management, change management, success measurement, and team leadership.
3. Establish efficient and transparent mechanisms and processes for HR calendar activities, including Workforce Planning, Annual Performance Review, Employee Engagement Survey, and Talent Review.
4. Support or drive the implementation of core HR initiatives to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Analyze HR metrics and create talent reports with key insights and trends. Collaborate with senior business leaders and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to make data-driven decisions.


Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably from a consulting firm or with equivalent experience.
2. Strong organizational skills and a consultative approach.
3. Excellent project management skills, with a track record of managing programs using a structured, data-driven approach.
4. Proficiency in data analysis and delivering actionable recommendations.
