Responsibilities – Responsible for the top-level design of e-commerce content and talent governance strategies, balancing business growth and low-quality exposure risks, and ensuring long-term health and sustainability of business development. – Improve ecological health and vitality through market mechanism design; including but not limited to content rating systems, creator credit and incentive system, recommendation traffic control, and other specific topics. – Build a data monitoring mechanism for content supply and consumption as well as for creator performance. Sensitive to business metrics. Through quantitative analysis and qualitative observation, clarify content issues that affect business growth and consumer experience, formulate relevant products and strategic plans, and improve the users’ content consumption experience; – Monitor the feedback from merchants/talents/users, optimize the transmission and understanding of relevant policies, including but not limited to the design and implementation of abstract product modules; – Promote internal communication, and coordinate business teams, algorithms, and R&D teams to ensure smooth teamwork and collaboration. Qualifications – Bachelor’s degree or above, experience in content strategy, traffic strategy, recommendation strategy, or other strategic products is preferred; – Have great enthusiasm for content products and e-commerce business, and is a heavy user of content products or e-commerce products; – Highly data sensitive, can discover issues from the data, locate the cause, give a solution, and verify the result quickly; – People with international product experience, community/social product experience, UGC platform experience, and supply and demand platform experience are preferred. – Proficiency in English is required, and having experience studying or working overseas is considered advantageous |
