Job Responsibilities Lead sales efforts to meet targets in the U.S., identifying opportunities for growth and increasing market share. Align sales and marketing efforts with the company’s overarching strategic goals. Develop and maintain a strong channel network in the U.S., building lasting partnerships for effective collaboration. Manage the introduction of new products to key accounts, overseeing all aspects from initial negotiation to launch. Enhance capabilities in retail proficiency, in-store marketing, and sales to ensure a strong market presence. Additional Responsibilities Cultivate and maintain both new and existing business relationships. Propose sales strategies based on market research and competitor analysis. Review budgets to ensure that sales and marketing activities are cost-effective. Participate in industry events, networking opportunities, and relevant meetings. Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in channel sales within the lawn mower industry, including a network of local distributors and retailers. Demonstrated success in entering new markets and driving business growth. Extensive knowledge of both traditional and robotic lawn mowers. Familiarity with retail management practices specific to the lawn mower industry. Insight into market trends, a keen interest in industry developments, and enthusiasm for evolving AI technologies. |
