Job Responsibilities Develop a comprehensive plan for the SE team, aligning with Pre-sales and Sales goals from leadership, and establish vision, priorities, and values to enhance team efficiency and unity. Set and manage individual and team KPIs in line with the organization’s sales objectives, collaborating with various stakeholders to meet or exceed these goals. Act as a mentor and coach to team members, providing regular career guidance and feedback. Create, implement, and refine processes to support the team’s growth and success. Join team members in sales meetings and customer reviews, gathering and distributing feedback for process improvement and to inform Product and Go-To-Market strategies. Utilize internal dashboards, reports, and data to provide insights and drive innovation within the Pre-sales team. Collaborate with other leaders within company to ensure alignment and adherence to best practices. Design and present solution architectures tailored to customer needs. Prepare and communicate solution messaging to emphasize company’s value and unique features. Qualifications Over 5 years of leadership and management experience in a startup setting. At least 5 years of experience as a Pre-sales leader. A successful history in a SaaS environment, preferably in the AI/ML sector. Operational acumen to identify and address process gaps. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, autonomously driving initiatives and collaborating with diverse stakeholders. Extensive experience in presenting solutions clearly to both technical and business audiences. Proven expertise in working with Sales, engaging with clients, and providing technical insights for sales-related inquiries. Familiarity with GenerativeAI is considered an advantage. |
