Overview Conduct financial analysis to assist business managers in meeting financial goals. Ensure daily accounting activities are in line with GAAP, accurately reflecting expenses and revenues. Oversee accounts payable and receivable, the recording of fixed assets, and cash management. Take responsibility for general ledger accounting. Manage the organization’s financial transactions and debt, and forecast cash flow. Develop comprehensive management reports to evaluate business performance from various perspectives. Aid in the management of finance to ensure streamlined operations in the accounting and finance departments. Uphold internal control processes to protect against loss of revenue, assets, and other risks. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, demonstrating a solid understanding of bookkeeping, accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations. Over 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role in Finance/Accounting. Proficient in business and accounting, with a deep knowledge of GAAP. Advanced analytical abilities and a keen eye for detail. Committed to the accuracy of financial reports. Problem-solving mindset and team management capabilities. Emotional maturity, with the ability to perform well under deadlines in a team setting. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Advanced proficiency in MS Office, accounting software, and databases. Skilled in handling and analyzing large data sets. |
