Team Introduction Ads Platform and Interfaces teams build the best in class Advertiser experience. We are building AI assisted advertiser experiences, that makes our Advertiser journeys delightful. We are looking for strong software engineers and leaders who excel at business strategies, value product excellence, and build highly scalable software. Responsibilities – Lead the design, architecture, and development of the Ads Software, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. – Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and create efficient solutions. – Mentor and guide junior engineers, conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to foster growth and development. – Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation and testing. – Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, and apply them to solve challenging technical problems. – Lead by example, promoting a culture of excellence, innovation, and teamwork within the engineering department. Requirement – Bachelor degree in computer science or related technical discipline – 10+ years of experience in software engineering. Strong Computer Science fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, software design) and problem-solving skills – Ability to think critically and formulate solutions in a clear and concise way – Very strong teamwork skills (e.g. communication, ownership, empathy, honesty) – Experience with Advertisement Technology is a plus, but not required – Experience with UI technologies like React, Vue is a plus but not required. – Having previous role managing a small team is a plus |
