– Minimum 5+ years of product management experience, building products/tools related to marketplace, performance advertising and creative tools
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
– Deep understanding of the advertising landscape and the needs of advertisers, including experience with creative development, media buying, and ad optimization.
– Strong experience with the TikTok ecosystem, including the TikTok app, its related products, and its user community.
– Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
– Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineering, design, data science, and business development teams.
– Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex product concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
