Job Description – Accountable for the planning of annual and seasonal brand strategies and campaigns, ensuring connectivity and consistency across all business channels and customer experience touch points including: product, digital, social, in-store, online, print and direct mail – Create briefs for seasonal brand campaigns and content needs ensuring timeline and budget discipline – Develop customer-first strategies that resonate with the core demographic, focused on full customer experience across the brand channels – Communicate changes to marketing calendars and messaging to cross-functional groups; ensure marketing strategy and calendar is aligned with the brand vision and in support of business and category growth goals – Lead and influence growth initiative teams in matrixed and virtual organization to drive brand success – Run regular campaign check-ins for cross-functional teams and external partners -Analyze marketing trends, consumer mindset, and competitive data for seasonal campaign preparation – Responsible for tracking and managing campaign budgets Qualifications: – Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in marketing, psychology, design or related field – 5-8 years of experience in Brand Strategy, Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, or Consumer Strategy at a lifestyle consumer brand(s) or consulting firm – Thrives in abstract and creative environments, yet operates with structure and organization – Proven track record managing multiple streams of work – from insights to briefs through creative development and execution – Must be a strong collaborator, solutions-orientated along with strategic, analytic and structured thinking ability |
