Responsibilities We’re looking for experienced solution architects to join our enterprise solutions team and help our global key accounts merchants and partners accelerate their onboarding and integration with our global e-commerce platform capabilities by identifying key technical challenges and architecting technical solutions to resolve them. You will be challenged by complex sets of business and technical challenges as you leverage a broad range of technical disciplines and cross-team collaboration to ensure success for our clients and to unlock the potential provided by our e-commerce platform capabilities. As a solutions architect, you will – Be the principal owner for the development and delivery of integrated solutions to facilitate and accelerate the successful onboarding and platform-to-platform integration with our e-commerce platform for key merchant clients under your portfolio – Provide architectural design, technical consultation and customized development support for both direct integration with global e-commerce platforms via open platform APIs, and in-direct integration via common 1st and 3rd party connector applications (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Channel Advisor, Shopify, etc) – Work closely with our solution engineers and client partners to plan and execute joint engineering efforts – Provide single point of contact for all integration-related domain knowledge consultation, debugging support and technical inquiries – Identify opportunities for horizontal solutions and new feature development to continuously optimize operational efficiency and efficacy of our clients Qualifications – 5+ years experience of production coding experience, or 3+ years of technical solutions architecture experience – Familiar with one or more general-purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Python, Go, Java, C/C++. – Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences – Ability to collaborate across different functional teams or stakeholder groups internally and externally – Demonstrated knowledge of open platform APIs and backend systems design. Ideal Candidate – Experienced technical solutions architect with 5+ years of experience delivering client solutions in the e-commerce or SaaS space – Possess rich e-commerce industry experience, or able to quickly develop a solid understanding of the e-commerce business. – Demonstrable domain knowledge of e-commerce integrator applications such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Channel Advisor, Shopify, etc especially desired – Highly self-driven with strong people skills, and able to collaborate with a wide range of clients and internal partners to independently identify and address key issues and optimization opportunities. – Highly client-focused with strong project management skills, able to concurrently manage multiple customer projects and ensure on-time and high-quality deliverables to customers. – Creative problem solver who can thrive with minimal instruction or supervision |
