| What You Will Do: Join the R&D HW team equipped with deep, broad knowledge and design know-how, with expertise on various high-speed electrical systems supported by a variety of embedded devices, including commercial CPU, FPGA, MCU as well as the ASIC chipset developed by our company. Deliver high quality embedded code to enable key functionality and performance of electrical subsystems as part of our advanced lidar system and technology development. Solve challenging problems in the embedded software space. Design and develop efficient and reliable C/C++ software in a heterogeneous, multi-processor SoC/FPGA/environment in order to support a solid new product prototyping phase as well as a smooth transition to the pre-production phase. Capable of analysis and quantification of the overall system performance, efficiency, and marginality budget with improvement opportunities (e.g.: latency, cycle time, and resource optimization) is a big plus. Design and development experience using advanced Xilinx FPGA chipset and ARM System-On-Chip is required. Who You Are: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Physics disciplines, with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience in developing embedded systems. Proficient with C, C++, and Python Knowledge in multithreading, memory management, and real-time operating system concepts is a big plus. Familiarity with the basics of electrical circuit design with embedded devices. Knowledge of embedded software design, development, and testing is also preferred. Experience with TCP/IP and networking stacks and with the embedded microprocessor tools are also a plus. Familiarity with ARM & automotive development: MISRA-C, UDS is a big plus. |
