Job Description HR process expert needs to oversee and optimize HR processes within the organization, working closely with the HR team and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective HR operations. Responsibility – Process Design and Implementation: Establish HR process framework based on people strategy. Align with relative stakeholders to develop process workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance. Implement each process on IT system. – Process Operation and Optimization: Ensure the execution of standardized HR processes across the organization. Analyze and identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or streamlining to keep optimization. Qualification – A bachelor’s or higher degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field – Extensive experience in HR process management, process improvement, or HR operations. Previous role as process expert or operation and excellence leader in Shared Service Center is preferred. – Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools – Familiarity with HR systems and technology solutions, such as HRIS, ATS, and self-service portals – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze process data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. |
