Responsibilities – Develop next-generation immersive and intelligent audio algorithms, collaborate with the architecture engineering, solution and business implementation engineering teams, and implement them in platforms like CapCut, Pico, and other emerging AI innovation businesses. – Build immersive intelligent audio solutions for audio content production, transmission, and consumption. Drive innovation and iteration of immersive audio and intelligent audio underlying capabilities and frameworks. Provide underlying technology capabilities for innovative businesses. – Track and verify the latest progress in immersive audio and intelligent audio from academia and industry, and upgrade immersive audio and intelligent audio algorithm systems iteratively. Minimum Qualifications – Graduate degree in relevant majors such as computer science, electronic information, communication engineering, information and systems, artificial intelligence. Doctorates with project research experience are preferred. – Proficient experience in digital signal processing and artificial intelligence/deep learning system development. Project practices in one or more areas such as 3D spatial audio modeling and rendering, AI audio pre-processing algorithms for denoising/echo reduction/echo cancellation, sound event detection, pre-training large language models. Preferred Qualifications – Familiarity with data structures and algorithms, deep network model design and optimization, proficient in open-source tools such as Kaldi, TensorFlow, Pytorch. Proficiency in Python/C++ programming languages, experience in model training and exploration on large-scale training datasets is a plus. – Good team cooperation mentality, learning ability, business awareness, and enthusiasm for speech and audio technology. – Priority given to those who published papers in relevant international conferences or mainstream journals (ICASSP, Interspeech, ASRU). |
