Responsibilities: – Responsible for the algorithm research and development, model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and multimodal learning related work of Live Broadcast and related products; – In charge of optimizing AIGC-related algorithms for key scenarios, improving business outcomes, and building high-quality vertical large models; – Promote the construction of a business-related AIGC large model application tool platform to enhance the efficiency of business application large models. Qualifications – Major in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields, with work experience in the AI domain – Strong algorithm analysis and experimental skills, solid foundation in Python and C/C++ development, proficient in mainstream DL frameworks such as PyTorch/TF – Research experience in multimodal technology, large model training, AI-agent, RL, and other related directions – Familiar with the principles and implementation of open-source large models like LLaMA, ChatGLM, and priority will be given to candidates with relevant model tuning and application experience – Data-sensitive, passionate about solving challenging problems, with strong abstraction and innovation capabilities |
