As a Tech Lead Manager, Backend for the User Growth team, you will – Lead an engineering direction with a group of top level engineers, to achieve business impact by solving ambiguous product and engineering problems. – Design and develop high-performance, highly-reliable and reusable distributed and parallel systems that power growth features for various our company’s products. – Responsible for technical planning, architecture design, and resolving team technical issues Minimum Qualifications – BS/MS Degree in Computer Science or related major – Experienced in building backend services for large-scale consumer-facing applications – Proficient in at least one of the following languages: Go, Python, Java, C++ – Deep understanding of computer architectures, data structures, and algorithms Preferred Qualifications – 5 years of backend development and people management experience |
