Responsibilities – Be both a highly technical, and an effective people manager. Being able to lead the team to achieve breakthroughs and guide team members to improve their abilities – Be a subject matter expert in at least one specific domain (examples: product, infrastructure, cloud computing.). Participate in technical design and drive roadmap creation and execution. – Work effectively with cross functional partners and stakeholders to set and achieve optimal outcomes. – Measure the impact of your team and set clear expectations and goals. Partner with leadership to influence and drive organization design, contribution and prioritization. Mininum Qualifications – Experience in leading a large engineering team. – Experience in developing and deploying large scale infrastructure systems. – Strong sense of responsibility and good at communication and teamwork. – Passionate about solving complex and challenging problems. Preferred Qualifications – BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience. – Management experience with technical teams, or experience as a technical lead or project manager – Designing and developing large-scale Internet service architectures, distributed systems, storage systems or edge infrastructure – Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems in large-scale systems,Scaling high performance, high throughput systemsque perspectives.
