We are seeking a seasoned engineering leader to set the vision and strategy for the solutions engineering team in LATAM, influencing cross-functional stakeholders and leadership across Business, Product, and Engineering organizations. This role will allow you to apply your technical expertise on solving client challenges at scale as well as building strong connections with strategic clients and partners within the region and help grow their business across our platforms. What You’ll Do – Recruit, inspire a high-performing solutions engineering team that supports the overall business for LATAM – Manage relationships with client-side of engineering teams from different verticals or industries and managing and driving joint engineering roadmap – Work with sales leaders to identify business opportunities across various different verticals within the region – Build and ship new products as well as end-to-end customized solutions in collaboration with Ads product engineering teams – Influence the road map of product development to solve the business challenges – Be a technical leader as well as a thoughtful people leader and drive business growth and also people growth Minimum Qualifications – Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Computer Science or related fields – 8+ years of experience shipping production-quality code, including 3+ years of hands-on technical management experiences – Familiar with one or more general-purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Python, Go, Java, C/C++ – Ability to collaborate with large cross-functional stakeholders internally and externally – Experience in translating complex technical concepts into language for different audiences including engineers, business leaders, or client-side decision-makers – Experience in advertising technology or other similar fields working with large volume data analytics |
