Responsibilities

– Cultivate positive connections with clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and online chat, ensuring outstanding customer service.
– Support the sales team by conducting market research, developing potential leads, collecting client information, and creating comprehensive client profiles.
– Manage communication-related to client contracts, oversee order execution, track shipments, confirm deliveries, handle invoicing, process payments, and manage other sales procedures and transactions.
– Address post-sales service matters, including returns, exchanges, and complaints promptly, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.
– Coordinate interdepartmental communication to facilitate timely order fulfillment and address potential logistics issues.


Qualifications:

– A Bachelor’s degree or higher in fields such as marketing, business administration, electronics, software, optics, or mechanical engineering is preferred.
– Experience in sales support and project assistance, especially with a focus on significant client service, is advantageous.
– Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office.
– Strong stress tolerance and problem-solving abilities to efficiently navigate a fast-paced environment.
– Flexibility with working hours to manage communications across multiple time zones.
