The Regional LIVE Operation Strategy Team leads various cross-functional projects. Our key initiatives include developing strategic plans to drive widespread adoption of LIVE at scale among creators, localizing new product features, creating user engagement strategies, ensuring a positive creator experience through education on the Community Guidelines and best practices, and providing ad hoc analysis and support to cross-functional partners. – Lead and oversee data analysis and operational strategies to optimize various aspects of operations, including agency, creator, focusing on multiple countries and regions. – Responsible for operational tasks for LIVE product operation in the European region, including permission management, experimental design, project collaboration, and data analysis of live streaming products. – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems, develop strategies, and implement actions aimed at driving business optimization, growth, and successful product deployment in Europe. – Design, develop, and maintain daily or specialized data analysis for monitoring and reporting operational metrics, ensuring actionable insights are derived. – Conduct comprehensive market research to track business trends, conduct competitor analysis, and identify user needs, with a specific focus on the European market. – Formulate differentiated operational strategies tailored to the European market to enhance product usage and achieve user goals effectively. Provide data-driven decision support through in-depth analysis of product data, contributing to strategic decision-making processes. Minimum Qualification – Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis and strategic analysis – Minimum 3 years of management experience – Strong in data operations and analysis, with a strong command of SQL and proficiency in programming languages, especially Python. Proficiency in statistics and experience with data visualization software such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker is required. – Demonstrated ability in business analysis and strategy development, with a track record of translating complex data into actionable insights and strategic initiatives. – Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds. Preferred Qualification – Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant fields. preferably with an international background or experience in the European market. – Deep understanding of the content or internet industry, with keen insights into the dynamics and challenges of online broadcasting and live streaming sectors. – Familiarity with the European market, user characteristics, cultural nuances, and business environment, coupled with solid data analysis skills and project management experience. – Fluent in English, with strong English proficiency for work communication, document writing, and business negotiations. |
