About the team The team is building platforms to provide in-depth and unique AI-driven data insights to provide creative guidance to advertisers, which is the key for their ads planning and iteration. We are looking for an engineer leader with strong data application background to join our fast growing team. The engineer leader will lead the team to focus on creative insights direction, grow business understanding, build highly scalable and reliable software/infrastructure, partner across functions with global teams, and make big impacts. Responsibilities – Lead and grow creative insights team – Recruit, onboard and mentor junior/senior software engineers; provide career development to other team members. – Collaborate with product leaders to identify business opportunities and deliver data products to provide incremental advertisers value – Design technical strategic roadmap to build solid data foundation that can support long term product developments – Oversee all the team projects, provide technical leadership in ideation and execution, identify potential business risks and align on the deliverables – Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally in a fast paced environment. Minimum Qualifications – Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Computer Science or related fields. – Strong experience in data applications and data foundations (e.g. data warehouse, big data technologies, OLAP) – Ability to think critically and to formulate solutions in a clear and concise way. Excellent teamwork skills, communication skills, and project management skills. – 2+ years of experience in managing or technically leading a software engineering team. |
