Key Responsibilities – Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives. – Lead talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent. Utilize data analytics to assess recruitment effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to improve processes. – Develop and implement talent management initiatives, including performance management, career development and succession planning. – Drive organization development initiatives, including change management, leadership development, and team effectiveness. – Ensure HR operational excellence, including compliance with local labor laws, HR policies, HR processes and best practices. Qualifications – Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in HR Business Partner roles. – Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, talent management, organization development, and HR operations. – Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills. – Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. |
