Responsibilities

– Lead the recruitment strategy for the company, managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract and retain top talent, particularly in technical and AI-related roles.
– Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with the company’s goals and values, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
– Oversee the performance management process, including setting objectives, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback to support employee growth and development.
– Manage employee relations by fostering a positive and productive work environment, addressing employee concerns, and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
– Design and implement onboarding and training programs to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the company and have the tools they need to succeed.
– Collaborate with leadership to develop competitive compensation and benefits packages that are aligned with company goals.
Lead initiatives to enhance company culture, including organizing team-building activities, promoting diversity and inclusion, and supporting employee well-being.
– Maintain HR records and manage HR systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on all employees.
– Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including career development, workplace policies, and compliance issues.
– Stay informed about HR trends and regulations, ensuring the company remains compliant and adopts best practices in HR management.


Minimum Qualifications

– Proven experience in recruiting for technical roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
– 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably within the tech industry or AI/ML industry.
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
– Proficiency in HR software and tools, with experience managing HR data and systems.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and leadership.
– Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex employee relations issues.
– Knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices and experience implementing related initiatives.


Preferred Qualifications:

– Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Experience working in a high-growth startup environment, particularly within the AI or infrastructure space.
– Strong understanding of HR policies, employment law, and best practices in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
