Responsibilities – Responsible for research on general alignment for large models, including methods such as Continue Pre-training, SFT, DPO, RLHF, etc. – Oversee the data collection, processing, and annotation related to AI alignment to ensure data diversity and quality. – Study the generalization of AI systems by training on simple problems to solve complex ones. – Investigate the robustness of AI systems, examining the impact of different prompts on model performance and enhancing model performance through training. – Explore methods to understand and predict model behavior, such as identifying inputs that lead to catastrophic outputs. – Stay updated with the latest academic research on large models and apply it to model training. Qualifications – Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields. – Over 3 years of experience in machine learning within the internet industry, with strong teamwork, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities. – Experience with large models and a strong passion for the field, familiar with the technological development trajectory of large models, and knowledgeable about the latest advancements in the field. – Publication of well-known papers, blogs, or open-source projects related to large models is preferred. – Experience with experiments and applications involving large-scale models (65B and above) is preferred. |
