Team Leadership and Collaboration:
– Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of marketing associates and coordinators, providing direction, training, and performance feedback.
– Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, and creative teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and successful campaign launches.

CRM Membership Strategy and Management:
– CRM Strategy Development: Lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive CRM strategy to enhance customer loyalty, retention, and engagement.
– Membership Program Management: Oversee the development and management of the company’s membership program, ensuring it aligns with business goals and customer needs.
– Cross-Channel Integration: Ensure seamless integration of CRM with other marketing channels, including email, social media, and in-store promotions. This will help deliver a cohesive and personalized customer experience across all touchpoints.
– CRM Tools and Systems: Manage CRM platforms and work with IT and data teams to optimize system performance. Regularly evaluate CRM tools to ensure they meet the company’s evolving needs.

Minimum Qualifications

– Bachelor’s Degree or above in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
– 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in retail world or a senior or managerial role.
– Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and collaborating across departments.
– Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
– Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
– Experience with budget management and performance optimization.
– Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and creative software (e.g., Canva, Adobe).
– Authorized to work in the U.S.
