Team Leadership and Collaboration: – Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of marketing associates and coordinators, providing direction, training, and performance feedback. – Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, and creative teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and successful campaign launches. CRM Membership Strategy and Management: – CRM Strategy Development: Lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive CRM strategy to enhance customer loyalty, retention, and engagement. – Membership Program Management: Oversee the development and management of the company’s membership program, ensuring it aligns with business goals and customer needs. – Cross-Channel Integration: Ensure seamless integration of CRM with other marketing channels, including email, social media, and in-store promotions. This will help deliver a cohesive and personalized customer experience across all touchpoints. – CRM Tools and Systems: Manage CRM platforms and work with IT and data teams to optimize system performance. Regularly evaluate CRM tools to ensure they meet the company’s evolving needs. – Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key CRM metrics such as customer lifetime value (CLV), retention rate, and program engagement. Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership to support decision-making. Retail Marketing and In-store Activation: – In-Store Event Strategy: Lead the planning and execution of large-scale in-store customer events and brand activations, collaborating with retail teams and external partners to drive foot traffic and sales. – Creative Direction: Oversee the creative production process, ensuring high-quality and brand-consistent marketing materials across all channels. – Digital and Offline Synergy: Ensure integration of digital and offline marketing efforts, maximizing impact through cohesive campaigns across social media, email, and physical retail locations. Brand Partnership Management: – Partnership Development: Lead high-level negotiations and collaboration with key retail partners and external brands. Create long-term partnership strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive sales. – Contract and Vendor Management: Oversee contract development and manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure smooth execution of partnership agreements. – Data and Performance Analysis: Analyze partnership performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
