Job Description – Build the onsite commissioning plan based on project conditions to ensure the project is commissioned on time with high quality. – Provide the installation training to EPC before the project begins. Address customer inquiries regarding product installation and commissioning. – Supervise the implementation of the planned commissioning activities, managing on-site quality, safety, and progress in stages to ensure the project proceeds in an orderly manner. – Train the local technicians and contractors on the system installation check, energization, parameter setting, testing, troubleshooting and all other related commissioning activities. – Based on the on-site manpower situation, allocate tasks to on-site employees and contractors reasonably and determine the responsible individuals for each sub-task. – Resolve all issues encountered during commissioning. Seek support from internal and external resources to resolve challenging problems that may arise during commissioning. – Maintain on-site customer relationships and ensure timely and effective communication with customers. Provide customers with timely updates on the current commissioning progress and the status of fault resolution. – Prepare and manage on-site commissioning tools. Organize the arrangement of on-site commissioning spare parts and replenish missing parts promptly. – Manage on-site documentation and reporting, such as daily JHA (Job Hazard Analysis) and product commissioning reports. – Report and escalates to management as needed. – Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. – Cooperate and communicate effectively with a multinational team under demanding timelines. – Train, coach and mentor new members of the commissioning team. – Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications – Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field. – 3+ years of experience in supplier quality control, particularly in the vehicle manufacturing industry. – Familiar with ISO9000, TS16949, and VDA quality systems. – Proficient in using quality analysis and improvement tools such as FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis), FTA (Fault Tree Analysis), 8D (8 Disciplines Problem Solving), Six Sigma, and SPC (Statistical Process Control). – Strong data analysis and processing abilities. – Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). – Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. – Ability to maintain a full-time work schedule with regular in-person attendance is required for this position. -Ability to interact professionally with individuals of varied backgrounds and skill level. -Strong bilingual communication skills in Chinese and English, with the ability to effectively collaborate with Chinese suppliers and report to central teams.
