Position Requirement – Rapidly address and resolve emergency situations, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations and maintaining smooth workflow. – Enforce warehouse safety protocols, ensuring all personnel adhere to company policies and industry safety standards. – Monitor and maintain warehouse order, including personnel conduct, workspace organization, and equipment handling. – Conduct regular safety inspections and promptly address any identified risks to prevent accidents and enhance the safety of the working environment. – Oversee the sorting, order picking, and dispatch processes within the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order fulfillment. – Supervise the allocation and assignment of order slips to staff, ensuring that tasks are distributed efficiently and deadlines are met. – Ensure all warehouse activities comply with established procedures, adjusting workflows as necessary to meet shifting demands. – Provide daily support to operational teams, assisting with logistics, scheduling, and problem-solving as needed. – Monitor warehouse performance metrics and collaborate with staff to address any issues affecting productivity or workflow. – Collaborate with the Supervisor to identify opportunities to increase on-site operational efficiency and minimize material waste. – Implement procedures and best practices that reduce time and resource costs, aiming for continuous improvement in workflow. – Track and analyze material usage and waste, implementing adjustments to minimize loss and improve resource utilization. – Collect feedback from various teams and departments to understand their needs and expectations, using this information to improve warehouse processes. – Work closely with the Supervisor to evaluate current processes and propose innovative solutions to enhance productivity and operational efficiency. – Regularly assess and refine warehouse workflows, implementing changes to optimize efficiency and align with best practices. – Cross-Departmental Coordination and Communication – Act as a liaison between the warehouse and other depar |
