The Head of Process Technology Development will spearhead company’s effort to be a leader on Power IC technology. This role combines strategic leadership with hand-on innovation to develop cutting-edge process platforms for higher integration, lower cost, and ensure mass manufacturing capability. You will collaborate cross-functionally to align technology development with business goals and industry advancements. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership – Develop and execute the Process Technology roadmap aligned with company objectives. – Monitor emerging trends to maintain competitive advantage. Process Development & Optimization – Lead RD initiatives to design, validate, and implement new processes. – Apply lean and sound methodologies to minimize development revision and iteration and improve process yield. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with Design to transition technology prototypes to production. – Work with Fab to scale processes and resolve manufacturing bottlenecks. – Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance standards Team Leadership – Build and mentor a high-performing team of engineers and scientists. – Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning. Budget & Resource Management – Oversee departmental budgets and resource allocation. – Prioritize projects for maximum ROI. Minimum Qualifications – Over 20 years of RD experience in power semiconductor process technology – Renowned experts in power IC process technologies and device physics – Have previously pioneered and lead the development of world’s leading Power IC process technology platforms that went into mass volume production and made major impact on the industry – Years of hand-on experience on bringing in process from prototype to mass production – Years of front-line management experience in building and mentoring |
