Main Responsibilities We are looking for an experienced Sales Director to develop the company’s business in the United States. This position requires technical as well as interpersonal skills. Responsibilities – Deliver top line revenue growth and market share expansion within target accounts. – Create and maintain relationships with customer decision makers at all levels from designers up to and including senior management. – Manage sales pipeline in CRM for predictable revenue generation and forecast planning. – Expand customer base in region, manager Strategic OEM relationships and Distributor relationships. – Own the engagement in the customer decision making journey, from design concept through program introduction. – Effectively communicate the customer’s business objectives to internal stake holders, gaining support required to address the customer’s business requirements. – Coordination of global sales teams and sub function groups focused on converting business opportunities to revenue. Minimum Qualifications – BSEE or equivalent technical degree – Analog and mixed-signal semiconductor experience preferred. – A minimum of 8 years of demonstrated success in technical sales management. – Proven track record and ability to drive top line revenue growth in the United States. – Ambitious to take the initiative and desire to work on challenging projects. – Experience in working with Sales teams across geographical locations in different time zones and diverse cultures. |
