About the Team Our team focuses on high-performance infrastructure, real-time APIs, and AI-powered recommendation systems to provide timely insights and automated diagnostics for our users. This role is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge engineering challenges, optimize cross-channel interoperability, and build the next-generation engagement platform. Responsibilities – Define and execute the technical vision and roadmap for scalable customer engagement solutions. – Lead infrastructure and API development, ensuring cross-channel interoperability and high performance. – Drive the design and implementation of AI-powered recommendation and diagnostic systems that enhance customer interactions. – Mentor and grow an engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation. – Collaborate with Product, UX, Data Science, and ML teams to develop AI-integrated engagement solutions. – Establish best engineering practices for security, scalability, and reliability in AI-powered infrastructure. Minimum Qualifications – Experience in backend, infrastructure, or distributed systems engineering, with 3+ years in a leadership or tech lead role. – Proven technical leadership experience, with a track record of managing and mentoring engineering teams. – Expertise in designing scalable APIs, distributed systems, and real-time infrastructure. – Hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, and common ML techniques applied to engagement and personalization. – Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to drive execution in cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications – With past experience focused on high-scale AI-driven engagement platforms. – Experience in scaling engineering teams and fostering team growth. – Deep knowledge of machine learning, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics. – Cloud infrastructure expertise, including Kubernetes, microservices, and large-scale data processing. – Experience driving A/B testing, optimization, and data-driven decision-making. – Proven ability to make an impact at a company or industry level, such as contributing to open-source projects, publishing research, or defining industry best practices. |
