Job Description – Identify and develop new business opportunities within the restaurant and foodservice industry. – Generate and maintain a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and client referrals. – Develop and maintain relationships with restaurant owners, distributors, and industry partners. – Understand customer needs and propose customized solutions using our suite of restaurant technology products. – Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and sales presentations. – Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. – Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets. – Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and solutions. – Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Requirement – Proven track record of successful B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, restaurant technology, or foodservice solutions. – Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build strong client relationships. – Self-motivated and results-driven, capable of working independently to achieve sales goals. – Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills with an entrepreneurial mindset. – Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), and other sales tools. – Bilingual proficiency (English & Chinese) is a plus, as many clients are within the Asian restaurant market. – Ability to travel as needed within the assigned sales territory. |
