Responsibilities

– Develop and implement recruitment plans based on the company’s business development needs, and carry out specific recruitment activities to ensure the successful completion of recruitment tasks.
– Conduct in-depth position analysis, drive recruitment progress, including but not limited to organizing and implementing specific recruitment matters: talent resume screening, recommendations, recruitment effectiveness evaluation, and process optimization.
– Support other HR-related projects and tasks based on company development needs, report HR-related situations and issues to superiors in a timely manner, and provide improvement suggestions.


Required skills / Minimum Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or above.
– Over 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably with experience in the E-commerce industry; familiar with various recruitment channels, recruitment processes, proficient in various interview methods and communication skills.
– Understanding of local labor laws and company policies.
– Proficiency in English and local language as working languages, with fluency in Mandarin preferred.
– Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills; proactive with good teamwork awareness and strong logical reasoning.
