About the Team
The Sports Product Team is dedicated to creating a global platform that drives sports discovery, fan engagement, and vibrant community culture. Our goal is to be the primary destination for sports enthusiasts worldwide. We are seeking experienced product strategy&operation manager with a passion for solving complex, cross-time-zone challenges. Ideal candidates have a spirit of exploration, actively identifying user needs and pain points, and driving innovative solutions to create impactful opportunities in the sports content ecosystem.


Responsibilities

– Responsible for high quality sports content and creators’ growth, to bring more creativity and value to us.
– Deeply understand the needs of sports rights-holders, athletes/celebrities, and creators; refine product requirements for both consumer and business ends; collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies, continuously improving product and operational efficiency.
– Analyze trends in content products and the sports industry ecosystem to identify effective growth opportunities.
– Work closely with Content Operations, Product, and Data Science teams to drive business success.


Minimum Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 3+ years of experience in internet strategy and product operations. In-depth understanding of the U.S. sports industry and a passion for sports content.
– Proficiency in English as the primary working language, with excellent cross-cultural understanding, communication and persuasion, organizational coordination, and execution skills. Results-driven.
– Strong logical thinking skills, capable of understanding complex business scenarios and demands, defining problems, and breaking down solutions.
– Exceptional user insight capabilities, with the ability to deeply understand the needs of rights-holders and creators.
– Solid data analysis skills.


Preferred Qualifications

– Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
– Proficiency in SQL is a plus.
