About the Team The Sports Product Team is dedicated to creating a global platform that drives sports discovery, fan engagement, and vibrant community culture. Our goal is to be the primary destination for sports enthusiasts worldwide. We are seeking experienced product strategy&operation manager with a passion for solving complex, cross-time-zone challenges. Ideal candidates have a spirit of exploration, actively identifying user needs and pain points, and driving innovative solutions to create impactful opportunities in the sports content ecosystem. Responsibilities – Responsible for high quality sports content and creators’ growth, to bring more creativity and value. – Deeply understand the needs of sports rights-holders, athletes/celebrities, and creators, as well as content ecosystems and traffic strategies, to design and implement relevant strategies and features. – Analyze trends in content products and the sports industry ecosystem to identify effective growth directions. – Collaborate closely with teams such as Algorithms, Engineer, Data Science, and Operation teams to drive business success. Minimum Qualifications – Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 3+ years of experience in internet content products. Deep understanding of the U.S. sports industry and a passion for sports content. – Proficiency in English as the primary working language, with excellent cross-cultural understanding, communication and persuasion skills, organizational coordination, and execution capabilities. Results-oriented. – Strong logical thinking skills, with the ability to understand complex business scenarios and demands, define problems, and break down solutions. – Exceptional user insight capabilities, with the ability to deeply understand the needs of creators. – Solid data skills. Preferred Qualifications – Proficiency in Chinese is a plus. – Proficiency in SQL is a plus. – Familiarity with recommendation systems, machine learning, and A/B testing is a plus. |
