Key Responsibilities – On-Site Warehouse Management: Oversee daily warehouse operations to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient working environment. Conduct routine inspections of warehouse facilities and equipment to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety standards. – Sorting Operations: Design and optimize sorting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Monitor sorting schedules and progress to ensure timely order fulfillment. – Temporary Labor Management: Recruit, train, and manage temporary workers. Handle shift scheduling and task assignments. Ensure all temporary staff follow operational procedures and safety protocols, promoting effective teamwork. – On-Site Procurement: Perform procurement activities based on warehouse needs. Ensure facilities meet relevant legal and fire safety regulations. Regularly assess supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships. – Safety & Compliance: Ensure warehouse operations adhere to company and industry safety standards. Organize regular safety training and emergency drills to enhance employee safety awareness and preparedness. – Data Recording & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation. Provide regular reports to management on operational status, performance issues, and improvement opportunities. – Other Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned by senior management to support overall operational effectiveness. Requirements – Experience: 5–8 years of relevant experience in warehouse or logistics operations management. – Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams and contribute to high-level decision-making. – Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategic warehouse operational plans and continuous process improvement initiatives. – Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis capabilities to evaluate performance metrics, material usage, and cost control. Able to generate actionable insights and improvement plans based on data. – Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with workplace safety standards and local warehouse regulations, including fire safety and labor practices. – Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to coordinate across departments and levels. |
