Responsibilities – Lead Regional Growth: Drive business expansion across Europe, and other critical global markets with a focus on user acquisition, engagement, and market penetration. – Revenue Ownership: Oversee regional revenue performance, ensuring sustainable growth and profit outcomes. – Market Expansion & Partnerships: Identify, evaluate, and execute new market entry strategies; forge key partnerships to strengthen our market leadership. – Operational Excellence: Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning business development, marketing, operations, and local execution to deliver on ambitious growth goals. – People Leadership: Build, lead, and inspire high-performing teams across regions; foster collaboration and accountability in a fast-paced environment. – Crypto-Native Strategy: Innovate and execute creative, fast-paced business models tailored to the evolving needs of digital asset users. – Stakeholder Leadership: Partner closely with executive leadership, regulatory bodies, and local partners to ensure compliance, scalability, and user trust. Qualifications – Industry Expertise: Proven leadership in fintech, digital finance, internet-base service, technology, or crypto (crypto-native highly preferred). – Track Record of Growth: Strong experience in driving P&L, revenue growth, user acquisition, and profit outcomes. – Regional/Global Scope: Hands-on leadership experience scaling operations across multiple markets, ideally with strong exposure to Europe region. – Market Insight: Deep understanding of the EU retail-user landscape, including competitive, regulatory, and cultural dynamics. – People & Collaboration: Strong people management and collaboration experience, with the ability to motivate teams and align cross-regional stakeholders. – Hands-On Operator: Demonstrated success in marketing, partnerships, business development, or operational approaches — not just strategic, but execution-driven. – Agile & Creative Leader: Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments; able to innovate and adapt to the unique challenges of the crypto economy. – Language: Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus. |
