Responsibilities

– Develop and execute the strategic business plan for specific country in Europe Region, including market expansion, user acquisition, and revenue growth.
– Lead and manage all aspects of operations, including customer support, marketing campaigns, and partnership development.
– Drive brand awareness and engagement through targeted marketing initiatives, social media channels, and community events.
– Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, financial institutions, and industry partners.
– Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and compliance, to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
– Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to the local team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.


Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
– Proven track record of success in a similar role, with at least 5 years of experience in marketing, growth and/or business development.
– Prior experience as a crypto country manager or in the cryptocurrency industry is highly desirable. We also open to talents from Fintech/ Digital Finance or emerging Banking and Financial services industries.
– Strong understanding of the Europe market, consumer behavior, and regulatory landscape.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
– Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and challenges.
– Fluent in both English and local languages, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
