Powered by a nationwide network of delivery partners and regional hubs, it aims to redefine efficiency and reliability in modern logistics. Responsibilities – Establish and maintain the warehouse EHS management system to ensure operations comply with safety regulations. – Develop and implement warehouse safety management policies and operating procedures; organize regular safety training sessions. – Design and carry out tiered safety training and emergency drills; conduct warehouse safety inspections to promptly identify and address potential hazards. – Prepare warehouse safety plans and emergency response plans, with regular revisions and drills to improve employees’ ability to handle emergencies. – Liaise with government agencies (safety supervision, fire department, environmental protection) to ensure full compliance and zero penalties. Required Qualifications – Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Safety Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, or related fields. – Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse safety management or fire safety management; relevant industry background is preferred. – Familiarity with state-level safety laws and regulations as well as OSHA standards. – Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills. – Ability to independently develop and implement safety programs and emergency response plans. – Relevant safety certifications are a plus. – Willingness to travel across the U.S. as required. |
