Organize the arrangement of on-site commissioning spare parts and replenish missing parts promptly. - Manage on-site documentation and reporting, such as daily JHA (Job Hazard Analysis) and product commissioning reports. - Report and escalates to management as needed. - Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. - Cooperate and communicate effectively with a multinational team under demanding timelines. - Train, coach and mentor new members of the commissioning team. - Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in supplier quality control, particularly in the vehicle manufacturing industry. - Familiar with ISO9000, TS16949, and VDA quality systems. - Proficient in using quality analysis and improvement tools such as FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis), FTA (Fault Tree Analysis), 8D (8 Disciplines Problem Solving), Six Sigma, and SPC (Statistical Process Control). - Strong data analysis and processing abilities. - Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to maintain a full-time work schedule with regular in-person attendance is required for this position. -Ability to interact professionally with individuals of varied backgrounds and skill level. -Strong bilingual communication skills in Chinese and English, with the ability to effectively collaborate with Chinese suppliers and report to central teams. Responsibilities - Lead the team to design, build, optimize large-scale (10 million to 100 million) e-commerce recommendation algorithm pipeline - Build long and short term user interest models, analyze and extract relevant information from large amounts of various data and design algorithms to explore users' latent interests efficiently. - Design, develop, evaluate and iterate on predictive models for candidate generation and ranking(eg.
