Position Description

Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement short- and long-term strategies aligned with company goals.
- Identify and execute improvements in freight routing, load consolidation, and transportation models to support cost reduction and service excellence.

Operational Excellence:
- Define and manage KPIs to measure operational performance across freight modes.
- Oversee daily operations, including order management, shipment tracking, and exception handling.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and external regulatory standards.
- Lead initiatives to implement or optimize CargoWise and other transportation management systems (TMS).

Qualification and Skill Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in freight operations, logistics, or supply chain management, including leadership roles.
- Strong proficiency in CargoWise and transportation management systems (TMS); familiarity with digital freight and automation tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate across departments and regions.

Who You Are

Job Description

- Build and run multiple environments in AWS using Infrastructure as code methods.
- Build and own tooling to automate the infrastructure management
- Implement best practices with developers to enable proactive monitoring, continuous deployment, automated testing, and quality control.
- Share an on-call rotation and be an escalation contact for service incidents
- Manage and administer multiple AWS accounts, from security to cost management.


Qualifications

- Degree in Computer Science
- Industrial experience with Amazon Web Services
- Experience in web development and operations
- Strong experiences with Linux/Unix operating system administration, and configuration management tools.
- Ability to automate processes in various script languages, including Python, Perl, and Shell
- Takes a measure twice, cut once approach to changing the infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of AWS services functionalities, limitations and cost estimation.
- Strong knowledge of AWS system, networking and security administration, Cloudformation, including AWS CLI
- Strong knowledge of SQL databases, and No-SQL databases available in AWS. Ability to do essential database administration for MySQL/Postgresql and MongoDB or AWS equivalents
- Working experiences with disaster recovery processes
- Knowledge of system monitoring and automatic scaling in AWS environment
- Hands-on experiences in Microservices, Docker, Kafka, Kubernetes
- Knowledge of best practices for a highly available, high-performance SaaS service architecture
- Working experiences in CI/CD

Job Description

- LiDAR System Integration and Performance Optimization:
- Develop robust LiDar system integration processes.
- Automate validation processes to enhance performance improvement and iteration cycle efficiency.

Validation and Failure Analysis:
- Develop and execute validation and reliability test plans.

Job Description

- Responsible for the mechanical infrastructure, detailed design, solid model, and drawings for mechanical subsystems and product packaging.
- Responsible for the comprehensive and in-depth FEA analysis for strain, vibrational modes, thermal, and modal analysis.
- Responsible for using mechanical and optical system tolerancing analysis to meet the required precision down to sub-10 level.
- Assemble, qualify, debug, and tune the mechanical module and subsystem.
- Develop mechanical tooling, jigs, and fixtures to assist MFG alignment and assembly. Establish the mechanical subsystem build and qualification process and release reliable processes to MFG.
- Partner with manufacturers and suppliers to support volume production ramps and quality control.


Requirement

- A master's or PhD degree in related disciplines with 8+ years of working experience with CAD packages, preferably SolidWorks. Has seasoned experience with GD&T and creating tolerance stack-ups.
- Strong expertise in FEA theory and analysis. Has solid knowledge of material characteristics and properties. At least 5+ years’ work experience with FEA analysis tools in developing advanced mechanical systems. Ansys or other equivalent FEA simulation tool experience and skillset are required.
- Experience with vibration analysis and mitigation techniques is highly preferred.
- Experience with heat dissipation and thermal risk management in the mechanical system is highly preferred.
- Experience with servo and PID systems is a big bonus.
- A strong grasp of control theory principals including feedback loops, PID control, state-space analysis, etc. is a plus.
- Ability to understand electrical wiring diagrams, encoders, and basic troubleshooting of motor controls is a plus.
- Ability to troubleshoot system issues, analyze data, and optimize control systems.
- Skills in creating models for system behavior prediction and optimization
- Good knowledge and experience with typical surface finishing, coating, anodization, and plating.
- Good experience working with machine shops, vendors, and design houses for new product prototyping and ramping up volume production.
- Hands-on experience with machining & familiarity with working in a machine shop. Strong hands-on skillset with assembling, testing, and troubleshooting mechanical systems, including those with high precision and microstructures.
- Familiarity with developing tests for improving designs utilizing accelerometers and metrology tools is preferred.
- Programming ability is a big plus (e.g., Python, Matlab, C, C++, or comparable programming language preferred).
- Has strong problem-solving ability and is able to provide technical leadership as needed.
- A good and reliable team player with strong communication skills. Self-motivated, continually striving for excellence, and can thrive under pressure.
