Responsibilities - Lead a specialized engineering team dedicated to advancing the frontend developer experience, ensuring high efficiency, robust tooling, and seamless integration processes. - Spearhead the development and implementation of strategic improvements to our Monorepo architecture, optimizing build systems, dependency management, and code sharing across multiple projects. - Establish guidelines and best practices for frontend development that enhance code quality, streamline workflows, and facilitate a modular, component-based architecture. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points in the developer lifecycle and create innovative solutions to address them. - Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and frameworks that support the growth and scalability of our web platforms. Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 1 year in leadership roles focused on frontend development and tooling. - Leadership experience with a track record of mentoring engineers, setting technical direction, and driving project outcomes. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to articulate technical concepts to a wide range of audiences. Preferred Qualifications - Expertise in managing Monorepo structures for large-scale projects, familiar with tools like Lerna, Rush.js, or Bazel. - Strong technical foundation in modern frontend technologies (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular), web performance optimization, and DevOps practices. - Experience creating and improving developer workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks. |

As a system architect and technology planning expert, your responsibilities will include: - Evaluate the newly emerged technology in the industry, set up and test with POC system, and integrate the technology into our infrastructure. - Work with EE\ME\Thermal team on high-level designing of Server system. - Collaborate with our application teams to analyze the workload character of the application. Help the application teams to innovate, improve performance and lower cost of their infrastructure resources. - Collaborate with Hardware, Network and IDC teams to work out the new high level design of our hardware system. Make sure the system is competitive in cost, performance and easy to operate. - Work with industry consortiums and open standard committees to investigate the newly emerged standards or technologies, and contribute our research results and points of view to the industry. - Work with our technology partners and suppliers to set up POC or prototypes to evaluate and test the new technologies or architectural designs. Requirements - Master’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related majors. - 3+ years of experience in Circuit Board Design, System debugging, Power/Signal Integrity, and Thermal solutions. - 3+ years experience in server or storage system architecture design or software-hardware co-design. - Experienced in hardware/software performance and power optimization is preferred. - Deep understanding of computer system architecture. - Demonstrated knowledge of the design principles and applications of CPU, memory, SSD and network parts. - Understand the implementation of virtualization technology, database, distributed storage system and deep learning architecture. - Demonstrated experience in working collaboratively in cross-functional teams. |
