Job Overview
We are looking for an energetic and skilled Agency Recruiter with expertise in contractor hiring. The successful candidate will have extensive experience recruiting for temporary, contract, and project-based roles, backed by a solid history of placing talent across diverse industries. This position demands exceptional communication abilities, a sharp talent-spotting instinct, and strong multi-tasking skills to handle multiple recruitment processes effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for contractor roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Sourcing Strategies: Design and executive effective talent acquisition strategies using diverse channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach.
- Candidate Evaluation: Perform detailed assessments to ensure candidates meet job requirements and align with the company’s culture.
- Interview Coordination: Organize and manage interview schedules, facilitating a smooth and professional experience for both candidates and clients.
- Contract Negotiation: Handle employment negotiations, including rates, contract terms, and other essential details, balancing the needs of clients and candidates.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Market Insights: Keep abreast of industry developments, market trends, and competitive dynamics to deliver informed recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 1-3 years of recruitment experience, with a specialization in contractor hiring within an agency environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Strong multitasking skills to thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Proficiency in Mandarin both written and spoken, is preferred.
