Responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategic recruitment and talent management initiatives, aligned with emerging trends and workforce demands.
• Analyze labor market trends and income data to craft tailored staffing strategies for multinational operations.
• Assess recruitment metrics, generating insights to enhance hiring processes and decisions.
• Optimize job postings and advertisements through analytics, identifying effective channels and methods.
• Evaluate policies related to human services and regulatory frameworks to support cross-border implementation and compliance.
• Develop data-driven recruitment strategies, utilizing business intelligence to anticipate market trends and attract top talent.

Required Skills

• The position requires a Master’s degree in HR, Business, or a closely related field, minimum 2 years’ labor market research and data analysis experience within the recruitment industry with all of the following: 1) collect, analyze, forecast labor market trend; 2) extract, analyze and manage datasets; 3) create data visualizations and report; and proficiency in R, Python, Tableau, SQL database.
