We are currently seeking a Cloud Hardware System Architect for our client, a leading technology company. As a Cloud Hardware System Architect, you will be responsible for designing and building server and storage systems that meet the high-performance, low-cost, and operational requirements of our client’s cloud products. In this role, you will collaborate closely with hardware architects and cloud product experts to develop computing and storage solutions. You will analyze cloud product design and operational data to determine the most effective hardware solutions for cloud products, including computing, storage, database, big data, and edge computing. Additionally, you will work with the cloud product and R&D teams to optimize performance and cost. To be successful in this position, you should have a Master’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. You should have at least 3 years of experience in circuit board design, system debugging, power/signal integrity, and thermal solutions. Experience in server or storage system architecture design or software-hardware co-design is also required. Knowledge of hardware/software performance and power optimization is preferred. A deep understanding of computer system architecture is essential, as well as knowledge of CPU, memory, SSD, and network parts. Familiarity with virtualization technology, databases, distributed storage systems, and deep learning architecture is highly desirable. You should also have demonstrated experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
