Overview As the Sales Director, you will be instrumental in guiding our sales strategy and operations, ensuring robust revenue growth and market expansion. This role requires a mix of strategic planning and hands-on leadership, with a focus on nurturing key client relationships and driving team excellence. Responsibilities Craft and execute comprehensive sales and pricing strategies, ensuring sustained revenue growth. Analyze market trends, set clear targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Recruit, develop, and lead a sales team, establishing clear performance metrics. Manage daily sales operations to meet revenue goals. Strengthen client relationships and represent the company at various events. Oversee sales financials, including budget management and metric reporting. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field. At least 10 years of experience in senior sales leadership, preferably in SaaS within a niche market. Demonstrated success in managing teams and achieving sales targets. Expertise in CRM software (Hubspot preferred) and sales analytics tools. Strong leadership, interpersonal, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Benefits Fully remote work setup.
