– Undertake client’s brand independent site traffic and GMV goals, responsible for formulating and being accountable for the operational strategy of the brand’s independent site.
– Responsible for the drainage and promotion of the client‚ brand dependent site, continuously improving website traffic and conversion rates.
– Responsible for refined operations including website operation, event operation, content operation, user operation, and traffic growth. Use data to optimize activities, retention, activation, and recall, aiming to enhance user repurchase rates.
– Track product performance through various data reports, analyze product data and user feedback, formulate and implement operational strategies, and be accountable for operational results, ensuring stable and continuous performance growth.
– Responsible for using independent site website marketing tools, including but not limited to Semrush, Ahrefs, etc. Tailor the use of tools and leverage SEO, SEM, etc., to achieve rapid website ranking, increase website PV, UV, and PR value. Focus on and control the overall platform operation from a global perspective.
– Proven leadership skills, along with a comprehensive understanding of diverse roles within cross-border e-commerce, proficiency in assessing requirements, and a capability for identifying areas of improvement.
– Committed to continuous learning, coupled with a sustained curiosity about emerging technologies, industries, and products.
– Clear and strategic insights into independent site traffic acquisition and a demonstrated ability to enhance conversion rates.
– Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the operation and management of large brand independent sites.
