Qualifications:
– BA/BS degree in Computer Science, EE, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent practical experience
– 3+ years of direct experience in product management, with demonstrated leadership in the management of a product through the development lifecycle, from conception to launch to ongoing performance measurement and optimization
– 3+ years of experience in performance advertising (e-commerce/shopping ads preferred)
– Experience influencing Product Management/Engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders
– Demonstrated flexibility and ability to work in a fast-changing environment or experience working for a startup
– Ability to speak to technical/business stakeholders and users and interact at all levels of the organization
– Distinctive problem-solving skills with the ability to define problems and identify potential solutions
– Fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking
– Excellent documentation, presentation, communication, organizational, and analytical skills, particularly implemented in a cross-functional and global role
