As a member of Talent Acquisition Center, your role in Talent Acquisition profoundly impacts a mission-critical aspect of the organization’s development. Responsibilities:

– Design and execute bespoke and inclusive search strategies for senior appointments across multiple functions and geographies to identify and proactively engage the top talent in the industry by developing and maintaining a network of potential prospects for executive-level positions
– Conduct in-depth research to identify and map potential prospects using various sourcing techniques and tools including but not limited to mapping, candidiates referral and other channels
– Based on in-depth research, conduct market research to identify talent trends and opportunities and prepare reports and presentations to communicate research findings and suggestions to the marketing team
– Partner effectively with HR and hiring managers throughout the search process, consulting on best practices and talent market insights, while providing a differentiated experience to leaders and candidates alike
– Position and effectively articulate ByteDance’s employer brand and value proposition with industry leaders.


Minimum Qualifications:

– Advantageous to have 5+ years of executive level hiring experience, ideally within the high-tech, marketing/advertising, media, or other related industries
– Experience in building executive level candidates and relationships in a global business environment with good capability in talent mapping
– Proficient in using various sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn, Boolean search and social media to conduct a solid mapping practice.

– Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with potential candidates
– Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills; ability to build trust-based working relationships with candidates, cross-functional peers, and colleagues in the wider HR function
– Entrepreneurial mindset and creative problem-solving ability
– High level of personal accountability, integrity, and authenticity; ideally you will be detail-oriented, passionate, and intellectually curious.
